Multilevel Parking Sector News | Project News | Project Update | Project Opportunities
The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) is actively working on finalizing agencies for the development of three multi-level parking projects situated at Rani Bagh, Shastri Park, and Rajendra Nagar. To ensure smooth execution of these projects, MCD has decided to enlist the services of a project management consultant. Additionally, MCD intends to engage a consultant responsible for conducting site visits, preparing detailed project reports, and drafting tender documents. These parking projects, aim to address long-standing parking issues in the area, with an estimated capacity of 935 vehicles at Shastri Park, 700 at Rajendra Nagar, and 700 at Rani Bagh. The projected cost is Rs 118.8 crore for Rani Bagh, Rs 96.5 crore for Rajendra Nagar, and Rs 96.8 crore for Shastri Park, as approved in a recent MCD house meeting.
