Pune IT City Metro Rail Limited
The metro line from Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar will be developed through a JV between TRIL Urban Transport Private Limited (a Tata Group enterprise) and Siemens Project Ventures GmbH (a subsidiary of Siemens Financial Services). Pune IT City Metro Rail Limited is a special purpose company founded by the joint venture. Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park and Shivajinagar are connected by an elevated metro line that runs via Balewadi. The 23.3-kilometer long metro corridor will have 23 stations. The project will take 39 months to complete.
