Race Against Time: National Highway 66 Expansion Nears Completion

Project News | Project Update | Project Opportunities

With the 2024 deadline approaching, intense efforts are underway to complete the expansion of National Highway 66. Dedicated workers and contractors are striving hard to overcome varying progress along the Ramanattukara to Moodadi stretch. Despite some areas experiencing slower progress, the majority of the highway maintains a steady flow of vehicles. The construction of the second flyover in Azhinjilam is in progress, while the Ramanattukara flyover awaits the completion of three more girders. Several sections of the road are already open to traffic, and service road construction is fully completed. The expanded National Highway is expected to significantly reduce travel time from Kozhikode to Thiruvananthapuram, benefiting both local residents and travelers in the state of Kerala.
