Buggana Rajendranath, the finance minister for Andhra Pradesh, recently laid the foundation stone for a 57-km pipeline that would run from the Handri Neeva Sujala Shravanthi’s Muchumarri reservoir to the massive industrial area at Orvakal in the Kurnool district. The state government has reserved adequate land for establishment of industries under the central government-initiated projects in Orvakal mega industrial area.The AP High Court would soon be constructed in Kurnool, according to the minister. Additionally, there are ongoing plans to establish a National Law University in Kurnool close to Jagannatha Gattu.
