The newly constructed 10.65 km long, broad gauge rail line between Bichhupali and Jhartarbha of the Khurda Road–Balangir Rail Line project has been finished and put into service, according to the East Coast Railway (ECoR). Out of a total of 289 kilometres, 115.65 km of rail line construction have been put into operation.
