With a total bid amount of Rs 377 crore, Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has been declared as the highest bidder for two contiguous Noida land parcels. On the land parcels in Sector 146, Noida, GPL would construct residential group homes. The land lots, which are spread across 12.4 acres, will provide about 3.2 million square feet of potential development space, principally for high-end residential apartments in various configurations.
