The Telangana chief minister will lay the groundwork for Hyderabad’s Airport Express Metro line on December 9. The project would be completed from Mindspace Junction to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport covering length of 31-km in Shamshabad, at an estimated cost of approximately Rs 6,250 crore. The government of Telangana has already established Hyderabad Airport Metro Limited (HAML), a Special Purpose Vehicle, to oversee the development, construction, operations, and overall management of the metro line.
