The Government of Tamil Nadu, intends to establish over 100 mini textile parks in the state. Technical textile units will also come up in the proposed parks.More than 65 companies have expressed interest in this regard. The state government will offer incentives to businesses that invest in the State in technical textiles, such as those used in sports and the mobility industry.
