Oji India Packaging Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Japan-based Oji Group, has officially inaugurated its fifth manufacturing facility in India at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Spanning 43,000 square meters, this state-of-the-art automated plant is dedicated to producing high-quality corrugated boxes and packaging accessories, addressing the rising demand for sustainable packaging solutions in South India. The facility has commenced operations with an initial workforce of 130 employees, with plans to expand the team to 300 as production scales up. This strategic expansion reinforces Oji India’s commitment to delivering innovative and eco-friendly packaging solutions while strengthening its presence in the Indian market.
