In a recent meeting, ESIC has decided to establish a Sub-Regional Office in Alwar, Rajasthan, benefitting approximately 12 lakh insured workers and beneficiaries of the ESI Scheme across districts like Alwar, Khairthal-Tijara, Kothputilli-Behror, Bharatpur, and Deeg. Additionally, approvals were granted for the construction of 7 new ESI Hospitals in Harohalli, Narsapura, and Bommasandra (Karnataka), Meerut and Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh), Pithampur (Madhya Pradesh), and Duburi (Odisha). This development, estimated at Rs. 1128.21 crore, will lead to the addition of 800 beds to ESIC’s medical care infrastructure, enhancing healthcare accessibility for beneficiaries.
