Assam's Numaligarh Refinery Limited to Invest Rs. 35,000 Crore in Multi-Project Expansion Over Next Five Years

Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), based in Assam, has ambitious investment plans exceeding Rs. 35,000 Crore for various projects over the next five years. The company is actively pursuing several significant initiatives, including the Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project (NREP), the Paradip Numaligarh Crude Oil Pipeline (PNCPL), the Crude Oil Import terminal at Paradip (COIT), and a 2G Ethanol Project as a joint venture (JV project). Additionally, a Polypropylene project with a capacity of 360 KTPA, costing Rs. 7,231 crore, has been approved during this period.
