Larsen and Toubro (L&T)
L&T Construction’s Buildings and Factories (B&F) Business has secured a significant EPC order from a renowned developer to construct the tallest commercial building in India (300.05m high). The scope entails the construction of a four-level basement along with two towers. The first tower will soar to 70 floors, while the second tower will comprise 50 floors. Combined, they will offer a total built-up area (BUA) of 3.4 million square feet. The project is scheduled to be completed within a span of forty months.
