Cochin Smart Mission Limited (CSML)
CSML is taking up construction of Multi-Level Car Parking system at Kochi at a cost of Rs.25 crore.The parking facility is coming up near the Centre for Heritage, Environment and Development (C-Hed) building at Kacheripady Junction. The project comprises construction of Seven floors of the automated facility that can accommodate 145 cars while the ground-level parking will cater to the two-wheelers. NHIDCL is executing the project. The construction work is likely to start in January 2021 and complete by the end of 2021.
