Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced plans to set up large data centers in all four regions of India as part of a significant Rs 15,000 crore collaboration with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL). This partnership, which also includes the governments Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), entails 38 deployments of varying capacities on BSNL premises throughout the country. These deployments are a part of TCS’s initiative to roll out BSNLs 4G network, positioning the Tata Group’s IT services arm as the first indigenous network solutions provider in India.
