The Uttar Pradesh government is in talks with Foxconn to establish a mobile manufacturing plant in Greater Noida on 300 acres. This would be Foxconn’s first major North India facility and part of Apple’s broader supply chain shift from China. The project may generate 40,000 jobs and includes residential infrastructure.
