Karnataka Neeravari Nigam (KNNL) has issued a tender for Phase-II of the Sattigeri Lift Irrigation Scheme in Belagavi. The work includes extending rising main from 15.5 km, constructing anchor blocks, valves, and surge protection systems. It also covers the development of distributory canals 1 and 2, providing irrigation to 6,878 Ha in Savadatti taluka. The Rs 241.28 crore turnkey contract also includes five years of operation and maintenance post-commissioning. The bid due date is 12 May, 2025.
