Odisha’s Works Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan announced that the construction of hospital buildings for three state medical colleges—Phulbani, Jajpur, and Koraput—will be completed by April 2025. The update came after a review of major infrastructure projects worth over ?100 crore. The review also covered the trauma care center at Capital Hospital, which has been upgraded to the Post-graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research.
