Noida Authority redesigned the 5.5 km Bhangel elevated road above Dadri Road to bypass two unapproved buildings that were obstructing the original route. With 90% of construction complete, the elevated road is set to open by January 31, 2025. The redesign, implemented in August, ensured that the project could continue smoothly without delays. Once operational, the road will ease traffic congestion for commuters traveling between Noida and Dadri, offering a faster and more efficient route. The project, with a total cost exceeding ?600 crore, is expected to significantly reduce travel time and enhance connectivity in the region. By improving transportation infrastructure, Noida Authority aims to foster economic growth, ease the movement of goods and people, and contribute to the city’s overall development.
