HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL)
The Rajasthan Refinery project in Pachpadara, Barmer, led by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL), continues to advance with work ongoing in 13 units. To date, Rs 40,029.41 crore has been utilized from the total project budget of Rs 72,937 crore. Initial operations of the refinery are anticipated to commence at 75 to 80 percent capacity, with full operational capacity projected by 2028 following the commissioning of various units.
