The construction of a 120-meter bridge over Gujarat’s Dhadhar river in Vadodara district has been finished, marking a significant step towards realizing the country’s first bullet train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. According to the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL), the bridge features three 40-meter full-span girders and several circular piers measuring between 16 to 20 meters in height and 4 to 5 meters in diameter. Situated between Bharuch and Vadodara, this bridge is part of the corridor which includes 24 river crossings, with 20 in Gujarat and four in Maharashtra.
