Sharp, the Japanese electronics company, is eyeing a significant investment of $3-5 billion to establish a display fab semiconductor factory in India. These display fabs are crucial for manufacturing televisions and various digital screens. The proposed facility, spanning 1,000 acres, will surpass Sharp’s existing factory in Japan.
