Lohia Global, known for its presence in handicrafts exports and automobile sectors, is venturing into real estate with a planned investment of Rs 1,000 crore over the next five years. The company aims to develop housing projects across Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh, with projects slated for Delhi, Moradabad, and Lucknow. In Moradabad, 3-4 housing projects are on the agenda, while Lucknow and Delhi will see one project each in the next 4-5 years, marking a significant diversification for the company.
