Varun Beverages is set to invest Rs 2.90 crore for a 14% equity stake in Huoban Energy 11 Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle supplying solar power in Maharashtra. Additionally, Varun Beverages will invest Rs 2.24 crore for up to a 14% equity share in Aspirative Creative Ventures Private Limited, another solar power supplier operating in Uttar Pradesh. The completion of these transactions is anticipated on or before October 9, 2024.
