Apraava Energy has bagged greenfield interstate transmission project in Madhya Pradesh, secured through the Government of India’s Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process. The project involves the construction of approximately 40 kilometers of 765 kV double-circuit transmission lines, alongside a 3,000 MVA substation. Operating under a Transmission Service Agreement (TSA), Apraava will execute the project under the BOOT (build, own, operate, and transfer) model, with a targeted completion timeline of 24 months from the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) transfer date.
