Hawelia Group to Revive Stalled 22-Acre Housing Project in Greater Noida

Delhi-NCR’s Hawelia Group, a real estate company, has plans to take charge of a stalled 22-acre housing project in Greater Noida. The project’s estimated completion cost is Rs 750 crore. Hawelia Group seeks approval from the Uttar Pradesh government to become a co-promoter and has partnered with the existing promoter of the stalled project, ‘Shri Radha Sky Gardens’ by SJP Infracon. While 1,200 flats have been delivered, about 2,800 apartments remain to be completed in the project.
