In Phase II of the Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) programme, the Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) recently issued a request for proposals from solar power developers for the construction of 10 MW grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) power facilities. The project’s scope of work covers the design, development, and delivery of solar power generation technologies as well as the project’s 25-year operation and maintenance. The chosen solar developer will also be responsible for acquiring land and building the transmission facilities needed to evacuate the power.
