PNC Infratech has announced financial closure of two Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Projects namely Gaju Village to Devinagar Bypass (Package 1C) and Mathura Bypass to Gaju Village (Package 1B). The respective SPVs viz. Hathras Highways Private Limited and Yamuna Highways Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company have received communications from NHAI in this regard.
