A high-end commercial project will soon be launched by M3M India, one of the major real estate developers in India, after it recently completed the e-bidding process to purchase 1.3 acres of land parcels in Sector 25 of IFFCO Chowk/MG Road for Rs 200 crore. Through a Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran auction, M3M India acquired the land block. M3M India will construct a high-end commercial property at IFFCO Chowk and MG Road. With convenient access to major roads and upmarket residential areas, the project will feature a unique combination of offices, multiplex, and retail space.
