Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited (MEIL)
MEIL is executing the Udayasamudram Lift Irrigation Scheme (USLIS), which is designed to provide irrigation water to one lakh acres and will cater to the drinking water needs of the 107 fluoride-hit villages in the Nalgonda, Yadadri, and Bhongir districts in the state of Telangana. Once in operation, this project is expected to lift 6.70 TMC of water from the foreshore of the Udayasamudram reservoir. This project is near completion.
