Ramayapatnam port development works

Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board

The Andhra Pradesh Government plans to develop the Ramayapatnam port in two phases. The first phase will have a capacity to handle 24.91 million tonne of cargo per year. The second phase will add 113.63 million tonne capacity. The environment clearance was recently received for the project. The work is likely to start soon.
