Welspun plans a capex of Rs 800 crore over the next two years

Welspun India has decided to make an investment of Rs. 800 crore towards the capacity expansion of its home textiles and flooring businesses over the next two years. The plans include augmentation of its towel manufacturing capacity by 20 per cent at its Anjar, Gujarat plant, de-bottlenecking and rebalancing of its Telangana facility, including setting up of a 25 MW renewable energy power plant.
