Sarbananda Sonowal, the Union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways, recently launched the River Cruise Services at the Mormugao Port in Goa. He declared that services with its FRP double deck boats will commence immediately on all intended routes, providing tourists with a complete experience of Goan culture and heritage. This will be a shared user facility, and any entrepreneur can utilise it to establish a new and comparable type of service from the Port’s berthing facility. The Minister also visited the Cruise Terminal Berth, where an International and Domestic Cruise Terminal is planned.
