ACME Cleantech Solution Private Limited
Norwegian company Scatec has tied-up with ACME, to develop a 900 MW solar power plant in Rajasthan. The capex requirement is USD 400 million. Scatec and ACME will have equal share in the project. ACME will be the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) provider for the project, while Scatec will ensure delivery according to international standards, HSSE and E&S, as well as optimisation of engineering, procurement and operations of the plants.
