Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is exploring Solar PV manufacturing in India. The company has invited bids to appoint a consulting firm in order to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for manufacturing in the solar PV value chain. The detailed project report will have to be submitted within eight weeks from the date of award of the contract. The bid submission deadline is April 9, 2021.
