Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB)

TNHB plans to build 570 more flats at Nerkundram in Phase-II. This is to accommodate State government officials and judicial officers. The housing board has already built 1,016 multi-storey apartments at Nerkundram. In the second phase, 228 HIG and 342 MIG flats will be constructed on a 17-acre land under the ‘Own Your Housing’ Scheme.
