Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC)

The Government of Goa has identified around 250 acre of land in the Verna Industrial Estate and plans to set up a Medical Goa park at Verna. The proposal is submitted before the central government. Out of the 250 acres, around 125 acres would be made available for allotment to the medical device manufacturing units. The estimated cost for developing the industrial park is Rs. 350 crore which excludes cost towards land, consultancy charges towards preparation of report, and administrative and management support expenses.
