Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS Corridor project

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC)

NCRTC is implementing the India’s first regional rapid transit system (RRTS) – Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS Corridor. The work is progressing well on the stretch from Sahibabad to Meerut. The construction of Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Guldhar and Duhai stations is in progress. The corporation aims to commence operations on the 17-km priority section between Sahibabad and Duhai in 2023. The entire project covering 82-km will be ready by 2025. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 30,274 crore.
