The department of tourism is currently undertaking the infrastructure development work at Bhorer Alo, one of the largest tourism project taken up by the state government at Gazoldoba near the Teesta Barrage. The projects comprises construction of a road overbridge over the Teesta canal which is located near the tourism hub in Gajoldoba, a pump house on the site. Apart from this a road will be constructed that will connect Bhorer Alo with the Bengal Safari Park and move through Baikunthapur forest.
