Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has received a Letter of Award from the Directorate of Tourism, Shillong, for the redevelopment, operation, and maintenance of Orchid Hotel in Shillong under DBFOT mode on a Public-Private Partnership basis. The hotel, to be branded as Aurika, Shillong, will feature 120 rooms, a restaurant, bar, spa, banquet facilities, and fitness center, and is expected to be operational in three years.
