- Sponge Iron Unit: Capacity of 62,700 TPA (2 x 95 TPD)
- MS Billets Production Unit: Capacity of 39,600 TPA, utilizing a 12 T/H induction furnace
- Captive Power Plant: Capacity of 6 MW

Behari Lal Ispat Private Limited’s Rolling Mill Project
Behari Lal Ispat Private Limited is set to manufacture rolls for rolling mills in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. The proposed facility will have an annual production capacity of 19,000 metric tons. An Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum (IEM) has been filed to initiate this project, marking a significant addition to the company’s manufacturing capacity.
Nelcast Limited’s Foundry Expansion
Nelcast Limited plans to expand its foundry unit in Madhavaram Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu. The expansion will increase the facility’s capacity from 54,000 TPA to 118,661 TPA (Liquid Metal). This significant enhancement will bolster the company’s foundry operations and production capabilities.
Environmental Clearance for IT Park in Thane
An environmental clearance is being sought for the construction of a commercial building (IT Park) at Plot No. A-11 & B-17, Wagle Estate, MIDC Colony, L.B.S. Road, Thane (W.), Taluka and District Thane, Maharashtra. The proposed IT Park aims to support the growing demand for IT infrastructure in the region.
Pantheon Infrastructure’s Raiaskaran TechPark
Pantheon Infrastructure is developing an IT/ITES and commercial project named Raiaskaran TechPark. Located at Survey No. 89, Hissa No. 1 (Part), CTS Nos. 1655, 1655/1 to 28, in Village Marol, Mumbai, the project will offer state-of-the-art facilities for IT and commercial purposes.
