Ittehad Buildcon is coming up with a project titled ‘S K Valley’ at village Shill, Taluka & District-Thane. The project comprises Residential & Commercial Development on Plot area: 12900.60 Sq mt. The total built-up area would be 37492.67 Sq mt. The project involves construction of three buildings with Basement + Ground / Stilt (pt) + 1st to 19th Floor configuration. The Club House/Community Hall with Gr + 1st Floor along with Fitness Centre will also be constructed as part of the project. 250 KL Sewage Treatment Plant based on MBBR technology will be built. The environment clearance was received on 31st March, 2020.
