Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited’s U-field onshore facilities at Odalarevu in the Konaseema district of Andhra Pradesh have been dedicated to the country by the prime minister. U-field is located in the Bay of Bengal’s Krishna Godavari basin block KG-DWN-98/2. Natural gas from the field will be brought to the onshore facility through undersea pipelines before being dispatched to users. In addition to the ONGC project, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, witnessed the groundbreaking for numerous development projects totaling more than Rs 10,700 crore.
