Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has issued a tender for the turnkey execution of a coal handling plant with a SILO loading arrangement at Lakhanpur Area, IB Valley Coalfields, Odisha. The scope includes design, supply, erection, commissioning, trial run, testing, and O&M during the defect liability period. The project, valued at Rs 473.1 crore, is scheduled for completion in 2,555 days. The bid submission deadline is 23 April 2025.
