The contract involves the construction of a new Secretariat Complex, including campus infrastructure, in New Shillong City, Meghalaya. The joint venture comprises BRC (74%) and IRCON (26%) and is tasked with executing the project on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.
