SMP Launches SWM Project to Address Waste Issues at NBMCH

Siliguri Mahakuma Parishad (SMP) has initiated a Solid Waste Management (SWM) project at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH) to address garbage dumping issues. The project, with ?40 lakh allocated for the first phase and ?44 lakh for the second, will focus on waste segregation and composting of biodegradable waste.
