An Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum (IEM) has been filed to initiate this project, marking a strategic expansion into the Indian market.
Kwality Precision Products’ IT/ITES Office Building
Kwality Precision Products Private Limited proposes to construct a commercial IT/ITES office building in Ambattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu. The project will cover Old Survey Nos. 375 Part, 376 Part, 377 Part, 378 Part, 379, 380 Part, 381 Part, 382 Part & 383 Part, T.S. No. 31 of Ward B, Block No. 84. The plot area is 12,383.29 sqm with a built-up area of 50,945.19 sqm. This new development aims to bolster Chennai’s IT infrastructure.
CMRL’s Chennai Metro Line Redesign
Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has revised the design for the Chennai Airport-Kilambakkam metro line to reduce construction costs. The new design lowers the height of the elevated structure and is the third iteration developed in collaboration with the highways department. This redesign is expected to cut the project cost by at least ₹1,000 crore, reflecting CMRL’s commitment to cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
Nilachakra Mineral’s Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant
Nilachakra Mineral Private Limited plans to set up a chrome ore beneficiation plant in Suanari village, P.O. Sapha, District Cuttack, Odisha. The plant will have a throughput capacity of 19,000 TPA and will occupy a 3.020-acre site. This new facility is expected to enhance the region’s mineral processing capabilities.
