Arunachal Pradesh’s unstable soil conditions and frequent landslides provide hurdles for the road-building industry, thus the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) will soon use an environmentally friendly technique to address these issues. In order to build roads in the state that are more durable for highways in the land-locked state, it would be more cost-effective to employ steel slag, a byproduct of steel production.
