The Telangana Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (TUFIDC), is serving as the channelising agency for implementation of infrastructure development schemes in Telangana state. These projects funded by both the Central and State governments in Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) are worth Rs 3,809 crore. So far, the loans worth Rs 3,219 crore have been provided to 117 ULBs. Some of these projects include Siddipet underground drainage project, Sircilla drinking water supply project, Nizamabad sewerage project, and Suryapet drainage scheme, among others.
