In GIFT City, Shilp Group intends to develop a residential property. A total of 585 units will be built as part of the project. The development will be undertaken in the non-processing portion of the SEZ area of GIFT City. The project comprises a built-up-area of 5 lakh square feet. There will be three residential towers with a total of 22 stories. Each apartment will be between 1,100 and 1,800 square feet in size and will come in 1.5, 2 and 3 bedroom configurations.
