The Dholera International Airport project in Gujarat was recently approved by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA). The airport will be jointly owned by the Airports Authority of India and the Gujarat government. At a cost of Rs 1712 crore, the airport project would be completed in three phases. The first phase of the Dholera airport project will see an investment of Rs 1,305 crore. The project is projected to take four years to complete.
